Request for Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your PostRSS account and of all data associated with it.

How do I delete my PostRSS account?

Account deletion is requested through the PostRSS website. Deleting your account cannot be undone.

Fill in the Contact Us webform https://postrss.com/contacts/ and ask for your account to be deleted.
In your message please write your registered user email address and your First and Last name, so that we can identify your account.

If you use the PostRSS mobile app, you can open this page directly from Settings → Delete account.

After we receive your request for account deletion, your account is suspended for 30 days. While your account is suspended you are not able to log in.
This period exists to give you time to cancel the account deletion request if you change your mind.
If we do not receive a cancellation request within those 30 days, your PostRSS account is fully deleted from the PostRSS service.
After the account is deleted, you are informed at your registration email address, and all of your data is fully deleted from the PostRSS service — including your account details, your RSS feeds, your connected social media targets and your publishing history.

You can cancel a pending account deletion request at any time during the 30-day suspension period by filling in the Contact Us webform https://postrss.com/contacts/. By sending a request to cancel account deletion, please write your registered user email address and your First and Last name.
