توضح هذه الصفحة كيفية تقديم طلب لحذف حساب PostRSS الخاص بك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به.

كيف يمكنني حذف حساب PostRSS الخاص بي؟

يتم تقديم طلب حذف الحساب من خلال موقع PostRSS الإلكتروني. يرجى العلم أن عملية حذف الحساب لا يمكن التراجع عنها.

• قم بتعبئة نموذج "اتصل بنا" https://postrss.com/contacts/ واطلب حذف حسابك.
• يرجى كتابة البريد الإلكتروني للمستخدم المسجل و الاسم الأول والأخيرفي رسالتك، حتى نتمكن من تحديد حسابك.

إذا كنت تستخدم تطبيق PostRSS للهاتف المحمول، يمكنك فتح هذه الصفحة مباشرة من: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.

ماذا يحدث بعد إرسال الطلب

• بمجرد استلامنا لطلب حذف الحساب، سيتم تعليق حسابك لمدة 30 يوماً. وخلال فترة التعليق، لن تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك.
• تم وضع هذه الفترة لمنحك الوقت الكافي لـ إلغاء طلب حذف الحساب في حال غيرت رأيك.
• إذا لم نتلقَّ طلباً للإلغاء خلال هذه الـ 30 يوماً، فإن حساب PostRSS الخاص بك سيتم حذفه نهائياً from the PostRSS service, provided it has no outstanding balance (see Accounts with an unpaid balance below).
• بعد حذف الحساب، سيتم إخطارك عبر بريدك الإلكتروني المسجل، وسيتم حذف جميع بياناتك نهائياً من خدمة PostRSS — بما في ذلك تفاصيل حسابك، وخلاصات RSS الخاصة بك، وحسابات التواصل الاجتماعي المرتبطة، وسجل النشر الخاص بك.

Accounts with an unpaid balance

An account can only be fully deleted once it has no outstanding balance. If your PostRSS subscription has unpaid billing cycles, we will tell you the amount in reply to your deletion request (you may also have received a PayPal invoice for it).

• Your deletion request is registered, and your account is closed and deleted once the balance is paid.
• The account and the data needed for the unpaid balance (your account e-mail, orders and payment records) are kept until the balance is settled, as permitted by Article 17(3)(e) of the GDPR.
• As soon as the balance is paid, your account is deleted following the same steps described above, and you are informed at your registration e-mail address.

If you believe the balance is not correct, contact us through the Contact Us webform https://postrss.com/contacts/ and we will check it with you.

إلغاء طلب حذف الحساب

• يمكنك إلغاء طلب حذف الحساب المعلق في أي وقت خلال فترة التعليق (30 يوماً) عن طريق تعبئة نموذج "اتصل بنا" https://postrss.com/contacts/. وعند إرسال طلب إلغاء حذف الحساب، يرجى كتابة البريد الإلكتروني للمستخدم المسجل و الاسم الأول والأخير.
