আমি কীভাবে আমার PostRSS অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলব?

অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ PostRSS ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে করতে হয়। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেললে তা আর পুনরুদ্ধার করা সম্ভব নয়।

'Contact Us' ওয়েবফর্মটি পূরণ করুন https://postrss.com/contacts/ এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টটি মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ জানান।
আপনার মেসেজে অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার নিবন্ধিত ব্যবহারকারীর ইমেল ঠিকানা এবং আপনার প্রথম এবং শেষ নামউল্লেখ করুন, যাতে আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টটি শনাক্ত করতে পারি।

আপনি যদি PostRSS মোবাইল অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করেন, তবে সরাসরি এখান থেকে এই পৃষ্ঠাটি খুলতে পারেন: Settings → Delete account.

অনুরোধ পাঠানোর পর কী ঘটে

অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ পাওয়ার পর, আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টটি ৩০ দিনের জন্য স্থগিত (suspended) করা হয়। অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত থাকাকালীন আপনি লগ-ইন করতে পারবেন না।
এই সময়সীমাটি আপনাকে সুযোগ দেওয়ার জন্য রাখা হয়েছে যাতে আপনি অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধটি বাতিল করতে পারেন যদি আপনি সিদ্ধান্ত পরিবর্তন করেন।
যদি আমরা ওই ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে কোনো বাতিলকরণ অনুরোধ না পাই, তবে আপনার PostRSS অ্যাকাউন্টটি সম্পূর্ণরূপে মুছে ফেলা হবে from the PostRSS service, provided it has no outstanding balance (see Accounts with an unpaid balance below).
অ্যাকাউন্টটি মুছে ফেলার পর, আপনার নিবন্ধিত ইমেল ঠিকানায় আপনাকে জানানো হবে এবং PostRSS সার্ভিস থেকে আপনার সমস্ত ডেটা সম্পূর্ণভাবে মুছে ফেলা হবে — যার মধ্যে রয়েছে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের বিবরণ, আপনার RSS ফিড, সংযুক্ত সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া টার্গেট এবং আপনার পাবলিশিং হিস্ট্রি।

Accounts with an unpaid balance

An account can only be fully deleted once it has no outstanding balance. If your PostRSS subscription has unpaid billing cycles, we will tell you the amount in reply to your deletion request (you may also have received a PayPal invoice for it).

Your deletion request is registered, and your account is closed and deleted once the balance is paid.
The account and the data needed for the unpaid balance (your account e-mail, orders and payment records) are kept until the balance is settled, as permitted by Article 17(3)(e) of the GDPR.
As soon as the balance is paid, your account is deleted following the same steps described above, and you are informed at your registration e-mail address.
