What can PostRSS do?

PostRSS turns every new feed item into a native post on each network you choose, on your schedule and with your wording.

RSS

RSS, Atom and CSV sources

Add any RSS 2.0 or Atom feed as a source. No feed? Upload a CSV file instead — one row becomes one post (Professional plan and above).

5m

Checks every 5 minutes

Choose how often each source is checked, from every 5 minutes to once a week. Enterprise plans can check every minute.

1→N

One feed, many accounts

Connect the same feed to several targets — pages, channels, boards and blogs — each with its own settings.

Aa

9 message formats

Build each post from the item title, the item description, the page title or your own static text — nine combinations to choose from.

IMG

Real images

PostRSS takes the picture from the feed item or from the page's Open Graph tags, so every post carries the real image.

UTM

UTM parameters

Add your own query parameters, such as utm_source=postrss, to every link, so your analytics shows what each network brought.

◷

Posting windows and exact times

Post only between chosen hours, or at exact times on chosen days in your time zone. Available on paid plans.

⇅

Order and volume

Publish newer or older items first, or in random order, and set the maximum number of posts per update.

↺

Catch up older items

Pick the date to start from and PostRSS also posts older feed items that were never published.

API

API and webhooks

Create targets and read reports from your own system with REST API v1, or send each new item to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Make or n8n through a webhook.

For each source, list keywords to include or exclude. PostRSS matches them in the item title and description and posts only the items that fit.

#

Hashtags from your post categories

PostRSS turns the categories and tags of each feed item into hashtags — up to a set limit — on social networks where hashtags make sense.

Can PostRSS post to Facebook Groups?

No. PostRSS posts to Facebook Pages only, because Meta shut down the Facebook Groups publishing API in April 2024. Connect the Facebook Pages you manage and choose which feed goes to which Page.
