Literary Magazines

Literary magazines, poetry journals and small online reviews publish new poems, short fiction, essays, translations, interviews and reviews, usually with a very small volunteer team. This tag collects guides on sharing that work on social media and messaging channels automatically from the magazine website. Articles explain how to structure issues so that every piece has its own page and its own post. They also cover releasing issues gradually, excerpts and images for text-only work, and promoting calls for submissions and contests. The advice fits print journals with a web edition, online-only magazines, zines and small presses.
