Automatikus posztolás X-re (Twitter)

Keeping your X feed active requires consistent posting and constant manual formatting. With PostRSS, you can fully automate your X marketing. Automatically share updates from your website, blog, or e-commerce platform directly to your X account the moment new content is published.

Deliver bite-sized, real-time updates to your followers and boost your organic visibility effortlessly.

Why Automate Your X Account with PostRSS?

  • Instant Real-Time Posting: Your latest news, articles, and product releases are pushed to X within minutes, without manual intervention.
  • RSS, Atom, and CSV Integration: Connect any active website feed or upload a structured CSV file to manage high-volume content updates.
  • Automatic Character Formatting: PostRSS automatically trims and restructures long titles and links to fit X's character limit without being cut off mid-word.
  • High-Frequency Scheduling: For fast-moving platforms like X, Enterprise plans sync as often as every 1 minute.

Plan Requirement

X automation is available starting on PostRSS's Ultimate plan ($40/month) and above — it is not included on the Free, Start, Professional, or Professional Plus tiers. If you're currently on a lower-tier plan and want to add X to your automation mix, you'll need to upgrade to Ultimate or an Enterprise tier.

How to Set Up Auto-Posting to X

Set up your automated X pipeline in four steps:

  1. Create an Account: Click "Get Started" and sign up for a PostRSS account (or upgrade your existing account to Ultimate).
  2. Connect Your X Account: Authorize PostRSS to securely access and post to your profile through X's own official login flow.
  3. Insert Your Feed Source: Paste your website's RSS/Atom feed URL, or upload your custom CSV file.
  4. Configure and Go Live: Adjust your post formatting, set your sync preferences, and activate your target.

Built for a Fast-Moving Platform

X moves faster than most other networks — content has a short window of peak relevance, and timing matters more here than almost anywhere else. PostRSS monitors your RSS feed continuously in the cloud, pushing structured post text and links to X the moment your new content goes live, rather than relying on you to notice and share it manually.

Főbb előnyök:

  • Karakterszám optimalizálás: Automatically trims long post titles to fit X's character limit.
  • Hashtag Formatting: Automatically convert your blog's existing tags into hashtags on your X posts.
  • Reliable Cloud Monitoring: Consistent feed checking means your posts go out promptly, without depending on your own uptime or schedule.

Shaping Each Post Before It Reaches X

On X the first line is almost the whole post, so it is worth deciding what that line should be. PostRSS builds every post from parts of the feed item you choose: the item title, the item description, the page title or your own static text. There are nine message formats in total. For most sites the item title followed by the link works best on X, because it is short, clear and leaves room for the link preview.

A short static prefix such as “New:” or “On the blog:” is useful if your account mixes automated and hand-written posts. It tells followers at a glance that the post links to fresh content, without you having to write anything for each article.

The image travels with the post too. PostRSS takes the picture from the feed item itself or from the Open Graph tags of the linked page, so the post carries your real featured image instead of a grey placeholder. If a post ever shows the wrong picture, the fix is almost always on your site: check the featured image and the Open Graph image of the article.

Controlling Volume and Timing on X

Because X rewards timeliness, the default behaviour of posting each new item within minutes of publication suits most accounts. There are still cases where you want more control:

  • Order and volume: choose whether newer or older items go first and set the maximum number of posts per update. That stops a batch of ten new articles from appearing on your profile in the same minute.
  • Posting windows and exact times: on paid plans you can post only between chosen hours, or at exact times on chosen days in your time zone, if your audience is mostly active at predictable times.
  • Keyword filters: include or exclude items by words in their title and description, so internal notices, job ads or off-topic posts never reach your X account.
  • Catch-up of older items: pick a start date and PostRSS also posts older feed items that were never published, which is useful when you connect a new account to an existing blog.

Measuring What X Sends to Your Site

PostRSS can add your own query parameters, such as utm_source=postrss, to every link it posts. Use a separate value for X and your analytics will show exactly how many visits, sign-ups and sales came from your X account, and which articles earned them. That tells you whether short news items or longer guides work better with your followers, and helps you decide what to publish next.

Plan details for X, along with the posting limits and number of targets on each plan, are listed on the PostRSS pricing page. PostRSS has been running since 2014, and the same account can post one feed to X and to other networks at the same time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my posts get cut off if my titles are too long?

No — PostRSS automatically shortens titles and links so they fit cleanly within X’s character limit, without cutting off mid-word.

Can I post to X and other platforms from the same feed?

Yes — a single feed connection can push to X alongside Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and VKontakte simultaneously, depending on your plan.
For the configuration details, our auto-post RSS to X page covers them in full.

How fast will my posts appear on X after publishing?

Within about 5 minutes on Ultimate, or within about 1 minute on Enterprise plans.

Can I add my own text in front of every X post?

Yes. One of the nine message formats combines your own static text with the item title, so every post can start with the same short prefix, such as “New on the blog:”.

Can I stop some articles from being posted to X?

Yes. Keyword filters let you include or exclude items by words in their title and description, so only the articles that fit your X audience are posted.
