PostRSS uses the newer Instagram Login, so a Business or Creator account is enough on its own. Switching your account type is free and takes a few seconds in the Instagram app.
Other tools send a reminder to your phone and wait for you to finish the post by hand. PostRSS publishes through Instagram's official publishing interface, so nothing waits for you.
