
PostRSS works from the feed your website already has. Almost every CMS, from WordPress to most e-commerce platforms, publishes an RSS or Atom feed with each new article or product. You paste that feed address into PostRSS once, and from then on PostRSS checks it every 5 minutes (every minute on Enterprise plans). When a new item appears, it is published to every account you have connected to that feed.
If you do not have a feed, you can upload a CSV file instead, where one row becomes one post (Professional plan and above). WordPress, PrestaShop and OpenCart sites can use the official plugins, which build the feed and create the targets for you, so there is no feed address to copy at all.
One feed can serve many accounts. The same feed can publish to a Facebook Page, a LinkedIn page, an X account and a Telegram channel, and each of those targets keeps its own settings. PostRSS supports 66 networks in total, including messengers, team chats and blogging platforms as well as the big social networks.
