How It Works in Four Steps

1. Add your feed. Paste the address of any RSS 2.0 or Atom feed: your blog, your online shop, a YouTube channel or a news section. WordPress sites can use the official plugin, which builds the feed and creates the targets for you. Without a feed, you can upload a CSV file instead, where one row becomes one post (Professional plan and above).
2. Connect your accounts. Authorize each network through its own official login, so PostRSS never sees your password.
3. Choose how posts look. Pick one of nine message formats built from the item title, the item description, the page title or your own static text.
4. Let it run. PostRSS checks the feed every 5 minutes on all plans (every minute on Enterprise plans) and posts each new item to every target you connected.

What Every Automatic Post Contains

Each post carries the text you chose, a link back to your page and a real image. PostRSS takes the picture from the feed item itself or, when the item has none, from the Open Graph tags of the linked page. You can add your own query parameters, such as utm_source=postrss, to every link so your analytics shows which network sent each visitor, and item categories or tags can become hashtags on networks where hashtags make sense.

More Than the Big Five

Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and VKontakte are only the start. PostRSS publishes to 66 networks in total: Telegram, Discord, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon and Tumblr, team chats such as Google Chat, Mattermost and Zoom Team Chat, blogging platforms such as WordPress, Blogger and Ghost, and webhooks for Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier and n8n. Which networks you can use depends on your plan; the features page lists them all by type.

Control What Gets Posted and When

• Keyword filters include or exclude items by words in the title and description.

No. You paste a feed address, connect an account and PostRSS does the rest. Developers can also use the REST API v1 and outgoing webhooks.

How often is my feed checked?
