The Ultimate Guide to Automatically Posting Your RSS Feed to Major Social Networks

Understanding the Mechanics of Feed Syndication

1. Instant Monitoring: Our background servers continuously poll your XML feed url at rapid intervals.
2. Dynamic Formatting: The second a new article or product launch is detected, PostRSS cleanly extracts your headlines, text summaries, and metadata.
3. Automated Broadcasting: Optimized updates are immediately pushed to all your connected marketing profiles simultaneously, requiring zero manual clicks from your team.

Strategic Advantages of Multi-Platform Automation

• Dominate User Feeds with Consistency: Social media ranking algorithms aggressively prioritize highly active profiles. PostRSS ensures your feeds remain active 24/7, maintaining your organic reach even when you are away from your desk.
• Flawless Rich Media Previews: Standard text links are easily ignored by scrolling users. Our framework automatically extracts high-resolution featured imagery and inline video tags from your feed, ensuring your automated updates load as full-width visual assets.
• Seamless Multi-Channel Growth: Your target market is fragmented across different ecosystems. Cross-posting allows you to capture B2B professional traffic on LinkedIn, real-time trends on X, and large communities on Facebook simultaneously.

What to Know About Each Major Network

The same feed can reach all four networks, but each one has its own rules:

• Facebook: PostRSS publishes to Facebook Pages. Groups and personal profiles cannot be automated, because Meta shut down the Groups publishing API in April 2024. Facebook Pages are included on every plan, including Free.
• X (Twitter): posts are short, so a format with the title and link usually works best. Check the pricing page for the plans that include X.
• LinkedIn: you can publish to a personal profile and to a company page as separate targets, each with its own message format.
• VKontakte: VK community pages are available from the Professional plan, alongside Facebook and Pinterest.

Beyond these four, PostRSS supports 66 networks in total, including Telegram, Discord, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon and WordPress, so the same feed can grow with your audience.

FAQ

Com que frequência o PostRSS verifica meu feed?

Com a frequência de um minuto. Você também pode escolher um intervalo mais lento, até uma vez por semana.

Can one feed publish to several networks at once?

Yes. Connect the same feed to several targets, such as a Facebook Page, an X account and a LinkedIn page, and give each target its own message format.

O PostRSS pode publicar em grupos do Facebook?

No. Meta shut down the Facebook Groups publishing API in April 2024, so PostRSS posts to Facebook Pages only.

Will my posts include images?

Yes. PostRSS takes the image from the feed item or from the Open Graph tags of the linked page, so each post carries the real picture of your article.
