For high-volume publishers, breaking news sites, active bloggers, and expansive e-commerce stores, content production never stops. When you are generating multiple updates, articles, or product listings every single day, standard social media scheduling tools with strict daily limits or expensive per-post tiers can quickly restrict your brand’s potential growth.
We believe that your automation software should support your volume, not restrict it. With our platform’s higher-tier plans, you can scale your posting far beyond what most competing tools allow, distributing your active website feeds without the tight daily caps common elsewhere.
Whether you publish one article a week or dozens of product drops every hour, our automated infrastructure scales alongside your digital ecosystem. Here’s what each tier actually allows, checked live against current pricing:
| Plan | Price | Tasks / Month | Check Interval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bezpłatny | $0 | 10 per target | 5 min |
| Start | $5 | 500 per target | 5 min |
| Professional | $10 | 10,000 total | 5 min |
| Enterprise | $100 | 1,000,000 total | 1 min |
| Enterprise 500 | $350 | 5,000,000 total | 1 min |
| Enterprise 1000 | $700 | 25,000,000 total | 1 min |
| Enterprise 5000 | $2,500 | 125,000,000 total | 1 min |
In practice, this means:
Consistency and volume are highly rewarded by search engines and social media algorithms alike. By moving up to a plan with a task allowance that actually matches your publishing pace, PostRSS lets you maximize your digital footprint, capture diverse time-zone audiences, and build ongoing backlink paths to your website largely on autopilot.
Most solo bloggers and small businesses publish well within what the Start or Professional plans already allow, and never need to think about task limits at all. High-volume plans exist for a narrower group: news publishers posting dozens of stories a day, e-commerce stores syndicating large, frequently-updated product catalogs, content networks running many feeds into many accounts at once, and agencies managing automation for multiple clients under one account. If that’s not your situation, there’s no benefit to over-provisioning — start on a lower tier and upgrade only once your actual publishing pace approaches your plan’s allowance.
A quick calculation tells you which plan fits before you ever reach a limit. Multiply the number of new items your feed publishes per day by the number of targets each item goes to, then by 30. A site publishing 20 articles a day to 5 accounts produces about 20 × 5 × 30 = 3,000 posts a month. That fits comfortably inside the Professional plan’s 10,000 posts per month.
There is a second limit worth checking: posts per target. On the pricing page each plan lists both a monthly total and a maximum per target, for example 2,000 per target on Professional, 3,000 on Professional Plus, 5,000 on Ultimate and 20,000 on Enterprise. In the example above, each account receives about 600 posts a month, well below the Professional per-target cap. A single very busy account, such as a news channel that receives every story, is where the per-target figure matters most.
Being able to post a lot does not mean every account should receive everything. PostRSS gives each target its own settings, so volume can be shaped instead of simply released:
With these settings, a high-volume feed can post every item to a news channel while sending only selected stories to a Facebook Page or LinkedIn, all from the same source. For volumes beyond RSS, the Professional plan and above also accept a CSV file, where one row becomes one post.
High volume often means more than one person looking after the feeds. Enterprise plans include extra users who can work in the same account from the Team menu, so an editor and a social media manager can both adjust targets without sharing one login. Enterprise plans also check each feed every minute instead of every 5 minutes, which matters most for newsrooms where the first post on a story counts. For everyone else, the 5-minute check on all other plans already keeps posts close to real time.
No plan is literally unlimited — each tier has a specific monthly task allowance, from 10 tasks per target on the Free plan up to 125,000,000 tasks per month on Enterprise 5000. For nearly all publishers, even the mid-tier plans provide far more headroom than they’ll use; genuinely high-volume operations (breaking news, large product catalogs) are the intended audience for the Enterprise tiers.
A task is generally one post published to one target (one social account). Posting the same feed item to five connected accounts counts as five tasks, not one.
Once you’re approaching your plan’s limit, upgrading to the next tier gives you immediate additional headroom — there’s no need to wait for the next billing cycle if your volume has genuinely outgrown your current plan.
Not directly — posting speed is governed by the check interval (how often PostRSS polls your feed), which is 5 minutes on Free through Professional and drops to 1 minute on all Enterprise tiers, rather than by the task allowance itself.
