PostRSS Free Plan (2026 Update): What’s Included Now

This post originally announced a Free plan update back in May 2015. The numbers in that announcement are long out of date — plans, task limits, and supported platforms have changed several times since. Below is what the PostRSS Free plan actually includes today, plus guidance on when it’s time to move to a paid tier.

Back in 2015, we announced a refreshed Free subscription plan for PostRSS: 1,500 tasks, 5 targets, syncing every hour, and support for posting to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and VKontakte. It was a generous way for new users to test the service. Since then, the platform has evolved — new integrations were added (Pinterest joined the lineup, X replaced Twitter), pricing tiers were restructured, and the Free plan itself was redefined to reflect a sustainable way to let people try PostRSS without overwhelming the infrastructure that keeps paid customers’ automations running reliably.

What’s Included in the PostRSS Free Plan Today

If you’re just getting started with RSS-to-social automation, here’s exactly what the current Free plan gives you:

  • 1 target — one connected destination (for example, one Facebook page)
  • 10 tasks per target, per month — each task represents one automated post pushed out
  • Syncing every 5 minutes — your RSS feed is checked for new content on a short interval
  • Halaman Facebook — the Free plan currently supports posting to a Facebook page

This is intentionally a “try it out” tier. Ten tasks a month is enough to see exactly how PostRSS picks up new posts from your feed, formats them, and pushes them live — without needing to commit to a subscription first.

Why the Free Plan Looks Different Than It Did in 2015

Early on, PostRSS offered a much larger free allowance — thousands of tasks and multiple targets — while the platform was still building its user base. As the service matured and usage scaled, the Free plan was adjusted to better reflect its actual purpose: a low-friction way to test the tool, with paid plans designed for anyone running real, ongoing content distribution.

This is a pattern common to most SaaS tools as they grow — free tiers tend to narrow over time, while paid tiers get more capable and more competitively priced. If you tested PostRSS years ago and remember a much larger free allowance, that memory is accurate; it’s simply not what the plan offers today.

When the Free Plan Is (and Isn’t) Enough

The Free plan works well if you want to:

  • Confirm your RSS feed is formatted correctly and reads cleanly into PostRSS
  • See how a post looks once it’s auto-published to a connected Facebook page
  • Test posting frequency and formatting before rolling automation out more broadly

It won’t be enough if you:

  • Publish more than roughly 10 new posts a month that you want auto-shared
  • Need to post to more than one platform (X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or VKontakte)
  • Manage more than one page, profile, or group as a destination
  • Need syncing more frequent than every 5 minutes, or CSV file import

Where to Go Next: Paid Plan Overview

Once you outgrow the Free tier, PostRSS’s paid plans scale from solo creators to large agencies managing dozens or hundreds of feeds:

  • Mulai — a low-cost entry tier with 500 tasks per target/month, still focused on a single Facebook page target, syncing every 5 minutes with premium features unlocked.
  • Profesional — 10 targets and 10,000 tasks/month, adding Pinterest and VKontakte to the mix alongside Facebook.
  • Ultimate — unlocks the full platform list: Facebook, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and VKontakte, all with premium features like CSV import and advanced calendar scheduling.
  • Enterprise tiers — built for high-volume publishers and agencies, scaling from 100 targets and 1,000,000 tasks/month up to 5,000 targets and 125,000,000 tasks/month, with 1-minute sync intervals.

Premium features across paid plans include CSV file import (so you can auto-post from a spreadsheet of links, not just an RSS feed) and an advanced calendar for controlling exactly when posts go out. Annual subscriptions also come with a 20% discount versus paying monthly.

How to Choose the Right Plan

A simple way to think about it: count how many pieces of content you publish per month, and how many social destinations you want each one pushed to automatically. Multiply those two numbers together, and that’s roughly your monthly task volume. From there:

  • Publishing occasionally to one Facebook page? The Gratis atau Mulai plan will cover you.
  • Publishing regularly across a few platforms? Profesional is usually the sweet spot.
  • Need every supported platform and higher volume? Move to Ultimate or one of the Enterprise tiers.

If none of the listed tiers fit — for example, you need a custom combination of targets and task volume — PostRSS also offers custom Enterprise plans on request.

Getting Started (or Restarting) on PostRSS

Whether you’re a returning user who remembers the old Free plan limits, or you’re setting up PostRSS for the first time, the process is the same:

  1. Log in at app.postrss.com (or create a free account if you’re new).
  2. Connect your RSS or Atom feed, or upload a CSV file of links.
  3. Choose your target — starting with a Facebook page on the Free plan.
  4. Watch your first few posts sync automatically, then upgrade when you’re ready for more targets, more platforms, or higher volume.

The core idea behind PostRSS hasn’t changed since 2014: connect your feed once, and let automation handle getting your content out to your audience. What’s changed is simply how that access is tiered — and today’s plans are built to scale cleanly from a single free test page all the way up to enterprise-level, multi-platform publishing.
