Visibility on social networks is not one big post that goes viral. For most websites it is the sum of many small appearances: a new article in someone’s feed on Monday, a product update in a Telegram channel on Wednesday, a guide shared on LinkedIn on Friday. Each one is a reminder that your site is active and worth following. The accounts that stay visible are simply the ones that keep showing up.
That is where manual posting usually fails. It works for a week or two, then a busy period comes, the posts stop, and followers forget about you. Automation removes that weak point. Once your feed is connected, every new article is shared whether you have time that day or not.
PostRSS checks your RSS or Atom feed every 5 minutes on all plans, and every minute on Enterprise plans. When it finds a new item, it publishes it to each network you have connected, with its title, link and real image taken from the feed item or from the page’s Open Graph tags. You decide what each post looks like with nine message formats built from the item title, the item description, the page title or your own static text.
If your site does not have a feed, a CSV file works too: one row becomes one post (Professional plan and above). WordPress, PrestaShop and OpenCart sites can use the official plugins, which build the feed and create the targets for you.
More posts do not automatically mean more visibility. If your followers feel flooded, they mute or unfollow you, and the opposite of what you wanted happens. A few settings help keep the balance right:

Visibility is only useful if it brings people back to your site. PostRSS can add UTM parameters, such as utm_source=postrss, to every link it posts, so your analytics shows how many visits each network sends. After a few weeks you will see which channels are worth more attention and which ones can simply run in the background. You can start on the Free plan, which posts to one Facebook Page, and add more networks as the results justify it; current limits are on the pricing page.
Setiap 5 minit pada semua pelan, termasuk Free, dan setiap minit pada pelan Enterprise. Anda juga boleh memilih selang yang lebih jarang, sehingga sekali seminggu.
PostRSS publishes to 66 networks, including Facebook Pages, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram, Mastodon, Bluesky and WordPress, plus webhooks for Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier and n8n. The networks available depend on your plan.
Not if you keep the volume sensible. PostRSS posts your real title, image and link, and you can limit how many items go out per update and when they are posted.
No. Any RSS or Atom feed works, but you can also upload a CSV file on the Professional plan and above, or use the official WordPress, PrestaShop and OpenCart plugins.
