X (Twitter) automation is available from the PostRSS Ultimate plan at $40 per month. Ultimate includes 125,000 posts per month, 50 targets and all network types, so the same feed can also go to Telegram channels, Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads, LinkedIn and your Facebook Page. The Free, Start, Professional and Professional Plus plans do not include X. Enterprise plans add feed checks every minute instead of every 5 minutes, which matters on a platform where timing counts. Current limits for every tier are on the pricing page.
X has a strict character limit, so the way a post is assembled matters more here than on most networks. PostRSS picks the text from one of nine message formats (the item title, the item description, the page title or your own static text in different combinations) and trims titles and links to fit X’s limit without cutting a word in half. The picture is taken from the feed item or, if the feed has none, from the Open Graph image of the linked page, so the card shows your real image.
A few settings make automated posts on X read better:
utm_source=postrss to every link, so your analytics shows exactly how many visits X brings.A steady, predictable stream works better than bursts. Set the maximum number of posts per update so a day with many new articles does not flood your followers, and use posting windows to publish only between chosen hours or at exact times in your time zone. Keyword filters let you include or exclude items by words in their title and description, which is useful when one feed mixes topics that do not all belong on X.
Authorization happens through X’s own official login, and PostRSS never sees or stores your password. You can connect several X accounts as separate targets, each with its own feed and format; see how to post one feed to several X accounts for the details.
Our RSS to Twitter page handles the X configuration end to end.
X is included from the Ultimate plan at $40 per month. The Free, Start, Professional and Professional Plus plans do not include X.
PostRSS checks your feed every 5 minutes on Ultimate and every minute on Enterprise plans, so a new article is usually posted within minutes.
