PostRSS.com Rights
- All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of PostRSS.com and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the PostRSS.com name or any of the PostRSS.com trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding PostRSS.com, or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
Restrictions on Content and Use of the Services

- For Facebook Platform Policy 8.5 states: Don’t include third-party ads in posts, notifications, requests, invites or messages.More specifically, it appears as if posts or photos published by PostRSS app include ads. This is not allowed. All users what not accept this rule will be disabled for posting to Facebook.
- Posting to Facebook groups is alowed if you have full Admin rights.
- We not accept multi account’s creation with migrating same social network accounts to another PostRSS account, all this accounts will be suspanded.

Copyright Policy

POSTRSS Affilate Anti Spam Policy
We hate spam and spammers!
At POSTRSS, we are very aware of the consequences of spam. POSTRSS won’t, at any cost, tolerate the use of our services to spam people. We want to maintain the highest quality for our tracking links and for tracking links provided to our customers through the use of the POSTRSS platform. Thus, they should not be redirected to spam/blocked, blacklisted, or malware URLs.
What is spam?
In the context of electronic messaging, spam refers to unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose. Normally, spam mails contain advertisements or fraud marketing programs which may result in monetary fraud activities.
What is not allowed in POSTRSS?
POSTRSS is a platform to monitor all your marketing campaigns; it is not a platform to spam other users with your marketing links. We keep a record of URLs served through POSTRSS, working to prevent serving spam links to users. While it’s not possible for us to catch every instance of spam, we attempt to eliminate all spam links detected or reported to us:
- You are not allowed to track URLs associated with blocked/reported domains or IPs.
- You are not allowed to use tracking links or pixels created in POSTRSS inside unwanted communications.
If you are not sure about your links or if you think POSTRSS wrongly placed your links in the spam category, feel free to contact our support center and we are happy to assist you.
We don’t support any SPAM in POSTRSS!
If we find that you are spamming, we will take serious actions against your account. Yes, we do hate spammers and we don’t want them in our community. Below are some of the possible actions we retain the right to take against spammers:
- We will block all the links associated with the spamming account
- We will terminate the account without prior notice
- We will not issue any refunds to your account
We have a very efficient team and automatic robots that continuously investigate potential spam links. Before taking any action against your account or tracking links, we will make sure to get as much information as possible regarding the URLs to confirm/assess whether or not the links are spam. Once we reach a decision about spam links or accounts, that decision will be final and irrevocable.
I accessed a spam link which uses POSTRSS, what should I do?
If you find anyone using our service for any kind of spam activities or if you ever encounter a tracking link that redirects to a spam site, please contact us immediately to report spam at abuse@postrss.com. The moment we can confirm any reported links are spam we will work to remove them as fast as possible. When reporting spam, please make sure that you include information about the URL and why you think it’s spam. We take all spam reports very seriously and will take serious action against it.

How do I delete my POSTRSS account?

- After we receive your request for account deletion your account Suspended for 30 days. This time needed for give you time for Cancel Account Deletion Request.
